Quattro Property Management Spain (QPM) is co-owned by Andy and Ian Davis.

In 2002 we bought our first property in Spain and immediately fell in love with the beautiful regions of Alicante and Murcia with the long sun-filled days, Mediterranean cuisine and abundance of places to visit.

Whilst in the UK we spent a combined 40 years working for one of the world´s largest financial institutions as well as buying properties, reforming them and selling them – our true passion has always been in property development.

Wanting a fresh new challenge, we decided to combine our corporate and property development experience and in 2008, established Quattro Property Management Spain.
